70% windshield film does not provide noticeable glare reduction. Because it is a light film that permits most visible light to pass through, customers should not expect it to substantially darken direct sunlight or approaching headlights.

It also provides little to no privacy. The driver and passengers remain visible from outside, especially when someone is standing close to the vehicle.

Ceramic construction and tint percentage perform different jobs. The ceramic construction addresses solar performance, while the light 70% shade preserves visible-light transmission. Customers seeking darker glass or significant glare reduction would need a lower percentage, which would also create greater nighttime visibility concerns.
