The 15% film created a dark, even appearance across the Sentra’s side and rear windows. From most daylight angles, the black interior helped produce a silhouette effect, making it difficult to identify the driver clearly.

Someone standing outside could still tell that a person was sitting inside from certain angles. The film did not create a completely blacked-out appearance because direct sunlight and the untreated front windshield allowed light to enter the cabin.

At night, 15% should remain manageable in areas with streetlights, illuminated businesses, and normal traffic. Visibility can become more challenging on dark residential roads or in parking areas with limited lighting.

The most likely difficulty occurs when backing into a space or parallel parking. If the driver needs to look directly through a side window in an especially dark area, rolling the window down may be necessary.
